Top 5 Android Features iPhone Doesn't Have

Android and iOS are the dominant smartphone players in the market. Each of which offers valuable features to their costumers.
Android, being an open source OS, mobile phone manufactures have been able to get the most of it and adapt it to their devices easily. Additionally, Manufactures have chosen Android because the wide variety options and features it provide. Here is a list of the top 5 features that Android have and iPhone lacks.

Customization and Personalization

There is no limit for Android users to personalize their home screen such as adding live widget, live folders, customized launcher and shortcuts. Live widget are so great and convenient , I am personally using a lot of them to be able to check world news, weather, my social activities and enable/disable phone's functions such as WiFi,Bluetooth or GPS with a single click.

 Flash

Although it still not fully supported, but it is coming soon maybe by the end of this year. As most of the website are using Flash, it become necessary to have a Flash-enabled smartphone. New Android tablet such as Motorola Xoom does support flash and it's being updated regularly. iPhone currently not supporting it and it's not likely to be seen on iOS,  therefore the only option available is to rely on Skyfire web browser to watch flash contents.

Full Control from Your PC

Unlike iPhone which require iTunes to be installed on your PC, Android phones are more flexible in this matter. When you connect Android smartphone to PC, it's seen like a memory stick, you can add, remove or delete files the way you used to. Additionally, you can access the phone and use its function like sending SMSs. Furthermore, you can instll app from your computer ,. just browse the available apps from Android Market website or AppBrain, click install and it will be sent immediately to your phone.

 Custom ROMs

iOS is an Apple proprietary OS, therefore it is locked and cannot be modified to suite developers needs. In contrast, Because it's open source OS, Android is open to developers to modify and customize, that's why there are many custom ROMs available out there, most of theme are being developed from XDA and offer additional unique features.

Google Integration

Many of us use Google services such as Gmail, Docs, Calender and Gtalk, Picasa and google Maps. Full integration of apps make it very convenient to sync all you doing in your phone to your computer using a single click. Google voice is another advantage, where you can have your Google voicemail service and even make low-cost international calls (Only available in US). Third-party apps may be installed on iPhone to do that, but the experience will never be the same.
