Zetro theme have been developed by one of the users of deviantart.com, it provide Windows 8-like UI, you may not liked at the beginning, but trust me, you;ll eventually use to it.
All you have to do is download the theme, extract it, install the patches provided and paste two file from the downloaded folder to windows theme folder.
